Please note that the 2024 AP US Government exam will not include questions related to Roe v. Wade. This is because the U.S. Supreme Court recently overturned Roe in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (2022), which means Roe cannot be used as precedent for Topic 3.9, “Amendments: Due Process and the Right to Privacy.”
