This $1,000 annual scholarship by Complete Web Resources was created to help qualifying students offset some of the expenses associated with improving their education.

Write an essay (750+ words) & create a video about a creative work that influenced your perspective on a social issue, for a chance to win a $1,000!

How to Apply

Eligible students will write an essay of 750 words or more about a design, advertisement, creative work, or form of new media that influenced their perspective on a social issue. Competitive candidates will demonstrate a working knowledge of design and cite at least two pieces of credible content that support their perspective related to the social issue. YouTube or Vimeo submissions are strongly encouraged, although essays must also be submitted in writing (please limit videos to 5 minutes or less). Essays must be submitted in Word or PDF format.

Submission requirements:

Scanned copy of current student ID
Current (within 30 days of submission) verification of full-time enrollment
Essay in Word or PDF format

Who Can Apply?

Any current, full-time student enrolled in an accredited university or college in the United States, with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0. There is no age requirement for scholarship applicants.

When Is The Deadline?

All entries must be submitted by January 1st each year at midnight. Submit your application directly via email to scholarship@completewebresources.com.

Do I Have To Currently Be Enrolled In School To Apply?

Candidate must provide proof of enrollment for each semester spanning the length of scholarship (i.e both semesters). The scholarship will be sent directly to the financial aid office of the winning candidate’s institution. The scholarship may be used during anytime of the school calendar in the year the applicant is awarded the scholarship. The winning $1,000 scholarship can only be used towards tuition or books at an accredited college or university.
