Scholarship Summary
Silver Cross offers an annual $1,500 scholarship for full-time college and university students using mobility equipment: a power wheelchair, manual wheelchair, or mobility scooter.

The goal of this scholarship is to make a meaningful contribution in the life of those students who use wheelchairs or other mobility equipment for mobility purposes during the course of completing their education.
Eligibility:
- Must be enrolled at a recognized American or Canadian college or university in a three- or four-year undergraduate program.
- Must be using mobility equipment(power wheelchair, manual wheelchair, or mobility scooter) while completing your education.
How to Apply:
- Write a 500-word essay on the following topic:
Describe how you have demonstrated leadership in your community or school environment, and how it has helped you build your life skills.
- Submit your essay through the online application (click the green button at the bottom!).
Deadline: December 15
Amount: $1,500
