For nearly two decades, ADAMS ESQ, a professional corporation, has been providing high quality legal service at no cost to qualifying parents of children with special needs. Founded by Jean Murrell Adams, who had her own experience fighting for the rights of her exceptional child, ADAMS ESQ focuses exclusively on special education law, with a mission to help other parents get the help they need for their children.

To further its mission ADAMS ESQ is now offering a scholarship to help California and Nevada students with IEPs.
Scholarship Amount: $2,000 scholarship to be awarded
Eligible Recipients: High school seniors and undergraduate students throughout California and Nevada with an active IEP prior to graduating from high school
Scholarship Prompt: Students will write an essay of 500 words or more on a disability-related challenge they overcame.
Scholarship Deadline: June 30, 2021
