Hey, sports fanatics! Here’s your chance to show off your school spirit with a great essay scholarship hosted by TicketCity! By writing an essay about the college sports experience, you could win $3,000 to help pay for the expenses of going to school!

Write an essay on one of the three prompts below and you could win $3,000!

Eligibility

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• Enrolled as a full-time freshman, sophomore, or junior at a 4-year US university
• Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5

How to Apply

• Write a 400-700 word essay answering one of the following questions:
  • Describe why sporting events are important to the culture of a university.
  • What college sporting event has had a major impact on your life and why?
  • What is your favorite game-day tradition at your university and why?
• Include a picture or video with your submission.
• Upload your essay and photo/video here.

Deadline

The deadline to apply is December 1. A new winner is chosen every year, with applications opening in February, so check back then for another chance to win!

• It’s okay to show off your personality! Be funny, sentimental, and passionate about sports at your school!
