The Hubertus W. V. Willems Scholarship is one of many awards available to Black male students through NAACP’s Inspire Initiatives. Applicants must be women or minority students “enrolled in their second semester and at least two semester-equivalent courses per semester at an accredited college or university in the United States.” Additionally, applicants must be U.S. citizens, meet a minimum 3.5 GPA requirement, and be pursuing a “STEM/hard science” degree.
