About:
The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) offers annual scholarships to students interested in aerospace engineering. Applicants to the AIAA Undergraduate Scholarships must be AIAA members, have completed at least one semester of academic work at an accredited U.S. college or university, be studying a field to enter the field of aeronautics or astronautics, and have a GPA of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (unless otherwise specified by a particular scholarship program). Applications open on October 1 each year.
Eligible Grade Levels: College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior
Eligible Majors: Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Technology, Astrophysics, Aviation, Engineering
Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: 3.3
Deadline: January 31 (annually)
