Amount: $2,000-$3,000. About: Offered by the Asian Pacific Fund, the Chevron Filipino Employees Network Scholarship is an annual award offered to Asian or Pacific Islander students in California who are interested in science or engineering. Applicants must be incoming freshmen majoring in engineering, computer science, physical science, or environmental science. Additionally, applicants must be of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity as defined by the U.S. Census, be residents of California, meet a minimum 2.8 GPA requirement, and demonstrate financial need.
