The Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) Scholarship Program annually awards a scholarship to one student who is the child of a medically retired, long-term disabled, or deceased pilot member of the ALPA. The program is geared towards college-bound high school seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree, but students who are already enrolled in a four-year bachelor’s program are also eligible to apply. Additionally, recipients must maintain a 3.0 GPA to keep the scholarship.
Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior, College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior
Eligible Majors: All majors
Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: 3.0
