Amount: $1,000-$5,000. About: Diabetes Scholars offer a set of scholarships for students with Type 1 diabetes. Those interested fill out one application and are automatically considered for multiple awards. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and incoming freshmen seeking higher education at a four-year college or university, college, technical or trade school. Applicants need to also have Type 1 diabetes.
