Amount: Up to $10,000. About: Offered by the Philadelphia Foundation, the Joseph E. Coleman, Esq. and Jessie L. Coleman Scholarship Fund is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students from Philadelphia. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, be residents of Philadelphia, and meet a minimum GPA requirement of 2.5.
