CBC Spouses Education Scholarship

Administered by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF), the CBC Spouses Education Scholarship offers a one-time award of $2,500 to $20,000 to African American and Black high school seniors and current students pursuing undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degrees in a variety of fields. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; be African American or Black; have permanent residence or attend an academic institution in a CBC Members district; be preparing to pursue or currently pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree full-time at an accredited college or university (includes current high school seniors); have a minimum 2.5 GPA on 4.0 scale; and exhibit leadership and be active in community.

Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior, College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior, Graduate Student, Doctoral Student

Eligible Majors: All majors

Residency Requirement: No residency requirement

Minimum GPA: 2.5
