About: Offered by Soroptimist International of San Francisco, the Georgia McHugh Scholarship Program annually provides scholarships to college-bound high school girls from San Francisco. Applicants must be high school seniors enrolled in an accredited San Francisco high school, identify as female, have financial need, be a resident of the City and County of San Francisco, plan to attend an accredited four-year California college or university as a full-time student, and have a GPA of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
