Middle Class Scholarship

Amount: Varies. About: The Middle Class Scholarship (MCS) is for undergraduate students, including students pursuing a teaching credential, whose family income and assets do not exceed $201,000 and who attend a campus in the University of California (UC) or California State University (CSU) system. To qualify, applicants must be a California resident attending a UC or CSU, be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or meet the requirements for non-resident tuition exemption, maintain satisfactory academic progress, and meet other terms. The MCS award may be awarded for up to 4 years. Applicants must complete a FAFSA or the CA Dream Act Application (CADAA) by the deadline.

Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
