Offered by Adoption STAR, the Academic Scholarship Program annually provides scholarships to high-achieving high school seniors who were adopted or live in foster care. Applicants must possess good character, demonstrate high academic achievement and progress, have been adopted or in foster care, and be a high school senior with plans to attend a four-year college or university.
