About: The American Indian College Fund Full Circle Scholarship awards American Indian and Alaska Native college students seeking undergraduate and graduate degrees at tribal colleges and other nonprofit accredited schools. Applicants will need to provide proof of tribal enrollment or a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB), or their parent/grandparents enrollment with their birth certificate.
