Amount: $5,000-$10,000. About: The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) offers five one-year scholarships to full-time undergraduate engineering technology students pursuing either a bachelor or an associate’s degree in a course of study leading to a career in HVAC&R. Applicants must have a cumulative college GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and/or a class standing of no less than the top 30%.
