The ASM Materials Education Foundation, an organization that provides funding toward education and research in engineering, offers undergraduate scholarships to student members of ASM International or Material Advantage who are studying metallurgy or materials science engineering. Twenty students are awarded undergraduate scholarships of each year. Applicants must have completed at least one year of an accredited science and engineering program leading to a bachelor’s degree.
Eligible Grade Levels: College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior
Eligible Majors: Metallurgy Engineering, Materials Engineering
Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
Deadline: February 28 (annually)
