Amount: $5,000. About: The BMI Future Jazz Master Scholarship is a national competition for jazz students enrolled at U.S. colleges and universities who demonstrate evidence of talent, potential, and achievement. In order to enter the competition, applicants must submit three recordings in MP3 or MP4 format of recent performances, including at least one original work. Applicants must also submit a chart or score of any recording submission that is an original work. A one-time award of $5,000 will be granted to the winner.

Eligible Majors: Jazz Performance, Jazz Studies
Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
