Delaware residents are eligible to apply for the Charles L. Hebner Memorial Scholarship (formerly, the Diamond State Scholarship) offered through the Delaware Department of Education Higher Education Office. Applicants must be high school seniors enrolling as a full-time undergraduate student at a regionally-accredited undergraduate degree program.

Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior

Eligible Majors: All majors

Residency Requirement: Delaware

Minimum GPA: 3.0
