Amount: Up to $4,000-$5,000.

About:
The Esperanza Education Fund provides scholarships to graduating seniors or recent GED grads from Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia who are either immigrants or have immigrant parents. Applicants must also be planning to enroll full-time at an accredited public college or university and have a family income of less than $100,000. Applications open in January each year.

Eligible Majors: All majors

Residency Requirement: Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC

Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
