The Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) runs the FOARE Scholarship Program. This program includes 11 scholarships: 4 general scholarships for students of all majors and 7 named scholarships with specific eligibility requirements. All scholarships are worth a total of $5,000. All applicants must be connected, either individually or through their families, to the Out Of Home (OOH) advertising industry.

Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior, College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior, Graduate Student, Doctoral Student

Eligible Majors: All majors

Residency Requirement: No residency requirement

Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
