The Garden Club of America’s Coastal Wetland Studies Award is an annual prize awarded to graduate students studying coastal wetlands in the United States. Each year, one student is awarded $5,000 to go towards field-based wetlands research. Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program at a U.S. university, be doing field-based research in coastal wetlands within the coastal states, including the Great Lake states, and must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
