Administered by the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, the John F. and Anna Lee Stacey Scholarship Fund helps young artists pursue their passions. Applicants submit original works of art and compete for scholarships that can be used however the recipients choose in order to further their art educations. Applicants must be U.S. citizens between the ages of 18 and 35.
