Offered by the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, the Judy Kay Wendland-Young College Scholarship is annually awarded to women over the age of 35 who are entering undergraduate study for the first time. Applicants must plan on attending an accredited college in the United States and demonstrate financial need.
