Nathan J. and Virginia H. Friedman College Scholarship

Amount: $1,000-$5,000. About: Offered by the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, the Nathan J. and Virginia H. Friedman College Scholarship is annually awarded to Jewish students with high academic achievements. Applicants must be Jewish college-bound high school seniors or current undergraduate students who are already enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university. Additionally, applicants must have an “outstanding academic record,” meet a minimum GPA requirement of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale, demonstrate financial need, demonstrate involvement in the Jewish community, and have a permanent residence in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
