Amount: Up to $7,500. About: The American Respiratory Care Foundation offers the Morton B. Duggan Jr. Memorial Education Recognition Award. This scholarship is granted to a student enrolled in an accredited respiratory care education program. Preference for this award is given to candidates from Georgia and South Carolina, but applicants from all states are welcome to apply.
