Administered by the Center for Cyber Safety and Education, the Raytheon Intelligence & Space Underrepresented Minorities in Cybersecurity Scholarship is annually awarded to three students from historically underrepresented minorities in STEM. Applicants must belong to a historically underrepresented minority in STEM, including but not limited to women, Black, Native American, Asian American & Pacific Islander, Hispanic, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities; be a high school senior, undergraduate or graduate student (PhD students are excluded); be U.S. citizens; be pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, information security or similar field; meet a minimum 3.3 GPA requirement; be attending a college or university full-time or part-time; and be attending on-campus or online.
Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior, College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior, Graduate Student
Eligible Majors: Cybersecurity, Information Security
Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: 3.3
