Offered by the Maine Education Services (MES) Foundation, the Richard H. Pierce Memorial Scholarship is annually awarded to a local student entering higher education. Applicants must be Maine residents, be entering the first year of a post-secondary program at an accredited two-or four-year degree-granting college or university, and “show a strong desire to complete degree program.”

Residency Requirement: Maine

Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
