About: Offered by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Foundation, the Roslyn & Elliot Jaffe Retail Entrepreneur Scholarship for U.S. Undergraduate is awarded to students who have a retail concept in mind that they would like to pursue. Each applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, be an undergraduate student enrolled at an accredited university, meet a minimum 3.0 GPA requirement, and have an idea for an online or brick-and-mortar retail business.
