The Ruth Segal Scholarship is one of seven named scholarships in the FOARE Scholarship Program, a program that provides scholarships to students with connections to the Out Of Home (OOH) advertising industry. All applicants must be able to detail their connection, either through themselves or through their family, to the OOH industry. This scholarship is offered to students studying government affairs, urban affairs, public affairs, political science, or a related discipline.

Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior, College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior, Graduate Student, Doctoral Student

Eligible Majors: Government Affairs, Political Science, Public Affairs, Urban Affairs

Residency Requirement: No residency requirement

Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement

Deadline: June 2, 2025 by 8 PM EST
