Amount: Varies. About: Each year, the SME Educational Foundation offers dozens of scholarships to graduate students pursuing manufacturing careers. Each scholarship can be accessed and applied to through one portal. To be eligible for any of SME Educational Foundation’s graduate scholarships, applicants must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States or Canada, have a minimum GPA of a 2.0 on a 4.0 scale, and be on a path toward a graduate degree in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or a closely related field at an accredited college or university in the United States or Canada.
