The Arkansas Future Grant (ArFuture)

Amount: Varies. About: The Arkansas Future (ArFuture) is a state grant program that supports students enrolled in a STEM program, a state high demand area of study, or a regionally high demand area of study. The grant is open to anyone who has either graduated from an Arkansas high school, Arkansas home school or GED program, or has a high school diploma and has lived in Arkansas for the last three years and has not yet earned an associate degree. Applicants must be enrolled part-time or full-time at an approved technical institute, two-year or four-year college in a program of study that leads to an associate degree or a certification in a STEM or regional high-demand field. Recipients will be awarded an amount equal to the tuition, fees, and other charges incurred less the amount received from state-supported scholarships, federal student financial assistance, and private scholarships. The grant is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants must complete the FAFSA.
Eligible Grade Levels: High School Graduate, GED, Vocational Student, College Freshman, College Sophomore
Eligible Majors: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, High Demand Major (state or regional)
Residency Requirement: Arkansas
Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
