Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC is a world leader in environmental services since 1983. Tradebe manages all kinds of environmental liabilities in a sustainable manner, serving all industries – from petrochemicals to aerospace and hospitals – in the process.

The Tradebe Community Scholarship, an education scholarship for the dependents of its employees, is one of the ways in which Tradebe supports its employees.

Scholarship Amount: $2,000 award (5 scholarships in total)

Eligible Recipients: High school seniors or graduates who plan to enroll and students who are already enrolled in full-time undergraduate studies at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the 2023-24 academic year, who are dependents* of full-time employees** of Tradebe within the United States and meet the following criteria:

  • Applicant’s parent/guardian must have been employed by Tradebe for at least two (2) years prior to the start date of the scholarship.
  • Applicant’s parent/guardian must be employed with Tradebe at the time of award announcement. 

*Dependents mean son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, legally adopted child, or legal ward supported solely by the guardian.

**Full-time employees are regular-time employees who are scheduled to work more than 30 hours per week on a regular basis. 

Scholarship Requirements: Students will be required to: 

  • Submit an essay of 500 words or less describing ONE of the following:
    • Their volunteer efforts, the impact they created, and what they have learned from their volunteering
    • Lessons they have learned from their part-time job or team
    • How they contribute to their community
    • Something they are passionate about
  • Submit grades and standardized test scores
  • List awards and honors they have received
